Koullis was born in Cyprus, he has 35 years’ experience and hard work in engineering, manufacturing, business and executive management in Europe, Nigeria and worldwide. His fields of expertise include: Engineering / Manufacturing projects design, Project implementation, operation and Training, Power Generation and Power Plant development on Gas, Diesel and Alternative fuels, Renewable Energy and Hybrid systems design and applications.

Together with his previous operational roles with international conglomerates, Koullis brings diverse expertise of operational management in Nigeria including industrial equipment, manufacturing plants and materials processing (throughout the six geopolitical zones of Nigeria). He has also developed skills and knowledge with practical experience in recycling of hazardous materials, their movement across land and sea frontiers following the UN standards formulated in the Basel Convention on the movement and treatment of Hazardous Materials.

He participated in Engineering and Trade Exhibitions in India, South Africa, Nigeria, Lebanon, Cyprus, Egypt, Syria, China and Italy promoting equipment and services.

He participated in a leading role and led teams of engineers and site managers in installations of power plants across Nigeria,

  • Frigoglass Glass Industry, Agbarra. 4 MW, year 2005/2006. Koullis holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from Thames Polytechnic (now Greenwich University) in London UK.
